I love how compact the shred fit is, it easily breaks down and fits into some of my smallest bags. I really liked how because of the resistance aspect of the Shred Fit it makes you pause and hold the contraction of the muscle and really increase the intensity of the workout! The bicep and chest fly workouts are my favorite because they are not too dissimilar to doing curls or flys on a smith machine, and the shred fit will fit in any drawsting bag where a smith machine will take up an entire room! The manual that was included was great by providing me some examples of workouts to get started, I can really feel my muscles working after just a few reps of the workouts! The extra resistance band was wonderful as well for doing additional lower body resistance workouts! I have been very pleased with the Shred Fit so far and look forward to learning more workout to use it for!

It definitely doesn’t take up much space, which is a big win if you're short on room. The value’s impressive too, especially considering the materials. It feels sturdier than I expected. It seems like it's mostly marketed toward men, but honestly, it works just as well for women. I’ve had no issues using it, and it’s been perfect for lighter workouts. Just a heads up that if you’re looking for something super heavy-duty, this might not be it, but for everyday use, it gets the job done without any issues.
